Job Description:
Position : Cost Accountant Location : San Antonio, TX Duration :
6 Months Contract Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st shift Job Summary:
looking for a cost accountant with analytical skills. 2-5 years’
experience. Strong presentation skills, Possible temp to perm for
the right candidate. Strong excel, V look ups, Pivot Tables,
Formula's Support manufacturing plant accounting. On a weekly
basis, Analyst will be responsible for generating a series of
reports to help the plant understand its weekly progress. Analyst
will meet with site leadership to present results and build
projections. On a monthly basis, the Analyst will be responsible
for posting journal entries, hosting meetings, maintaining SOX
compliance, and presenting results to leadership. Last, the Analyst
will support site budgeting and forecast activities as needed.
