Job Description:

These positions are in the Round Rock, Texas area.This is an overview of general duties for this position; duties are not limited to these listed below:Greet customers/answer phones/distribute mail, order office supplies & distribute, insure incoming faxes are distributed appropriately & immediately.Daily, take any remaining FedEx's/UPS packages (after the driver has picked up) to the drop box as you leave for the day.Enter orders in the system (RamQuest) and add wiring instructions. Send (email) contract receipts to appropriate parties. Position requires ability & willingness to master company Apps & other technologies used to communicate with banks/lenders, mortgage companies, insurance companies, realtors, etc. Must embody strong sense of professionalism & customer-service (Servant-Leader) characteristics. Must demonstrate being detail-oriented with all tasks & communications (keen listening skills on the phone, accurate & concise selection of words in all emails & all communiques with clients & internal staff). RamQuest experience preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:
