THIS POSITION

While this role is planned as a commission-based outside-sales role for someone with experience and expertise in the industry, we are also considering sales-oriented candidates with less experience to work in a hybrid customer service and outside sales role.

If you are an out-going, results-oriented individual and excellent communicator with a fondness for going above and beyond for your clients, AlphaGraphics of Round Rock could be the fit for you. The B2B Sales Representative will spend most of their time with business decision-makers in the community focusing on expanding the client base, building relationships, and sharing the endless set of capabilities AlphaGraphics provides for its clients. Printing, Marketing, Graphics and/or Technology related sales experience will be an advantage, but any successful B2B business development experience would be relevant for this role. Of course, business growth is a primary objective for this individual, but at AlphaGraphics we pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with our clients based on trust in the quality solutions we provide to help businesses thrive.

Required Skills:
Expert communication skills are a must (verbal, written, and body-language)
Familiarity with CRM and other relationship-building tools
Basic computer skills, with aptitude to quickly learn and utilize new software
Detail oriented and accurately follows processes and procedures
Ability to "multi-task" in fast-paced work environment
Expertise in building client relationships
Ability to work well independently
Ability to make decisions and solve problems based on multiple factors and probable outcomes
At least 3 years of outside, or 5 years of inside and 1 year of outside sales experience
College degree and experience in a B2B environment preferred

In this role you will---
Seek out and build relationships with business decision makers in order to sell AlphaGraphics' products and services.
Passionately seek to develop the best solution to support client's long-term objectives
Answer client questions and concerns and engage other team members when appropriate
Provide clients with options, value-added services, quotes, and turnaround times
Create estimates, enter orders, complete transactions, and process payments
Follow-up on estimates and close sales by asking for the order
Notify customers when their order is complete
Thoroughly understand AlphaGraphics' products, services, processes, capabilities, and pricing
Assist in updating our database by contacting clients for updated information
Pursue training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge
Work within approved budget; develops and implements cost saving measures
Chip-in to help with production and installation to meet client deadlines when necessary
Follow up with clients when they have not met their proofing or payment deadlines
Punctually attend in-office commitments and client appointments
Actively involve yourself in the community, chambers of commerce, and other organizations
