Job Description Job Description Automotive Customer Relations Manager/Retention Specialist Busy San Antonio dealership is looking for a Customer Relations Manager with automotive experience. We are looking for a candidate with a "Can Do" attitude that will take charge and get things done! If you have the experience, organizational skills and know how to make it happen we want to talk to YOU! This is a key role in our dealership and your impact greatly affects our reputation, customer experience and retention! Job Requirements: Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Communicate well both verbally and written Leadership skills The ability to initiate and sustain dealership policies and procedures Maintain the dealership reputation on line and in the community Ability to provide a world class experience for our customers Assist dealership associates with customer related concerns Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is required Minimum 1 year experience in a dealership Professional demeanor The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
