Job Description:
Interact with customers service needs in person and via phone to
listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely
responses. Schedule service appointments and tows as needed.
Schedule appointments, take orders, provide estimates, monitor
service progress and provide updates to customers. Review customer
accounts and connect customers to mechanics as well as order parts.
Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances. Other
duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
