Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services to a diverse K-12 student caseload within a school setting. The role requires working 37.5 hours per week, supporting students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development. Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Texas SLP License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Preferred certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings, particularly grades 6-8 and 9-12. Ability to manage a full caseload spanning early childhood through adolescence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
