Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available at a K-12 school in
Hamilton, OH, designed to support students with diverse needs
throughout the academic year. This contract position will run until
May 29, 2026, offering a structured schedule suitable for
professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in a school
setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive occupational
therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students.
Collaborate with special education teachers and school staff to
design and implement individualized therapy plans. Support students
in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional
abilities to enable academic success. Maintain accurate records and
documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based approaches
for student success. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy
licensure and credentials specific to school-based practice.
Experience working in school settings, preferably K-12, with
knowledge of special education frameworks. Strong communication
skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families,
and healthcare professionals. Demonstrated ability to manage a
sizable caseload effectively. Position Details: Location: Hamilton,
OH. Schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week with 7-hour days (28 hours
weekly). Duration: Contract through May 29, 2026, starting ASAP.
