Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a
maternity leave position in San Antonio, TX, with a travel
assignment between two middle schools. This role serves students in
grades 6-8, providing therapy services to approximately 100
students across both campuses. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
high-quality speech and language therapy services to middle school
students. - Manage an itinerant caseload between two schools,
optimizing therapy sessions and travel time. - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and school staff to support student
communication goals. - Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports in compliance with state and district requirements. -
Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education
plan (IEP) development. Qualifications: - Hold a current and valid
Professional License as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC
required). - Successful completion of fingerprinting and background
checks. - Strong communication and organizational skills. -
Previous experience working with middle school-aged children is
preferred. - Ability to travel between two school sites within San
Antonio. Assignment Details: - Location: San Antonio, TX (serving
two middle schools). - Position Type: Full-time, itinerant with
travel between schools. - Start Date: Projected start on April 6,
2026, following onboarding by March 30, 2026. - Contract Duration:
April 1 to May 22, 2026. - Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours. - Students
Served: Approximately 100 in grades 6-8. Benefits of this role
