Job Description:
A well-established construction organization is seeking an
experienced Superintendent to lead daily field operations and
ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high
standard of quality. This role is responsible for coordinating
subcontractors, maintaining job-site organization, and ensuring the
project plan is executed effectively in the field. The
Superintendent is expected to be present on assigned jobsites
throughout the workday for the duration of each project. You will
direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is performed

active environments—is a key part of the role. This position works
closely with internal leadership to execute project schedules and
address field conditions that may impact cost, schedule, or client
satisfaction. The Superintendent will identify scope gaps,
inefficiencies, or potential risks early and communicate them
promptly through the appropriate channels. Safety leadership is a
core responsibility. You will enforce jobsite safety standards,
ensure subcontractors follow OSHA requirements, and immediately
address unsafe conditions. The Superintendent also represents the
organization professionally when communicating with clients,
property managers, residents, and internal team members. Accurate
documentation is essential. Daily jobsite updates must be completed
in project management software, including progress reports,
manpower tracking, photos, and issue logs. This documentation
supports billing, change orders, and project records. The role also
involves building strong relationships with reliable trade partners
and contributing to a dependable network of subcontractors that
support consistent project delivery. Requirements: Experience as a
