Job Title: Senior Information Security EngineerLocation(s): Round Rock, TX (on-site)Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hoursDuration: 12 MonthsS3 supports and adheres to customer COVID-19 vaccination policies, which may include the disclosure of vaccination status.This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C eligibility for this position.SummaryLead or participate in computer security incident response activities for moderately complex events.Job Description/Duties:
* Conduct technical investigation of security related incidents and post incidents digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies.* Provide security consulting on medium projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards.* Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security.* Review and correlate security logs.* Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity.* Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives.* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve this problem.
Required Qualifications/Skills:Education/Experience:
* 3+ years of Ping product experience and support (PingFederate, Ping Access, and Ping Central)* 3+ years of SiteMinder (both the Policy Server, Web Agent, and SiteMinder Federation)* 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience* 3+ years of Single Sign-on (SSO) experience* 1+ years of OAuth/OIDC experience* 1+ year of SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) experience* 1+ year of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience* 1+ year of IIS (Internet Information Services) experience* 1+ year of Apache experience* 1+ year of experience with private cloud technologies* High School Diploma/GED required.
