Modern Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with inverter technology, energy-efficient solutions, and indoor air quality principles. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan is preferred. Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate options effectively with clients. Preferred: Minimum of 5 years on-demand residential field service Required: Texas Driver’s License.
