ExcellenceThe Role:Entegris is currently seeking a talented and
innovative Program Manager to join our Operational
Excellence/Strategic Projects team in Round Rock, TX.
In this role, you will lead capital projects to expand
manufacturing capacity, transition products to high volume
manufacturing and implement continuous improvements to existing
products/processes. In line with our values, which is fostering an
environment of teamwork you will have an opportunity to collaborate
with technicians, scientists, applications engineers, local
management and sales & marketing.
The ideal candidate will be results oriented, thrives in a
fast-paced deadline driven environment and is an excellent team
player.In this role you will:
- Be an "Agent of Change" - you must be comfortable working with
all levels across the organization and must be able to question the
status quo and be a strong communicator
- Lead capital projects to expand manufacturing capacity,
transition products to high volume manufacturing, or implement
continuous improvements to existing products/processes
- Utilize project management techniques to develop project
charters, budgets, risk assessments, resource plans, Gantt charts
and periodic status reports
- Present project progress reports to key stakeholders
- Develop, improve and implement standardized capital processes,
tools and reporting for the Specialty Chemicals & Engineered
Materials division
- Hands on troubleshooting of tactile issues with the
manufacturing of our products and mentoring at all levels to push
learning to factory personnelTraits we believe make a strong
candidate:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial or
Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is
required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a
dynamic, deadline driven manufacturing environment
- Project management qualification (PMP) is preferred, but not
required
- Experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering
in high purity chemical, gas or semiconductor manufacturing is
preferred
- Experience with ISO quality standards for product/process
control is a must
- Highly motivated with ability to build and maintain productive
relationships cross-functionally and the demonstrated ability to
influence up, down, and across the organization
- The ideal candidate is a high energy individual who thrives in
a fast-paced environment & has demonstrated success in producing
results when facing tight deadlines
- Highly analytical in decision-making processes yet comfortable
dealing with a high degree of ambiguity
- Agent for Change who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven
environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently
- Ability to present technical data to all levels of the
organization
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%,
as well as participate in telephone calls outside of typical
