our Resort Assistant General Manager. In this role, you'll be
supporting all departments and operating the resort in the absence
of the general manager.We do require that you have a background,
consisting of five years of food and beverage and rooms division
experience in progressive roles. Management experience in a big box
hotel is necessary, or general manager experience in a hotel of
more than 350 rooms, or management of full-service multi-unit
hotels. You should be comfortable: working with a high-energy team,
with involved ownership, being a problem solver, being an
innovator, and in developing young leaders.If your background is
