We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Round Rock and seeking a qualified General Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community. Management experience is required. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community through fitness!POSITION: The Assistant Manager is responsible for new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Assistant Manager also assists with retaining and providing excellent customer service to current members. In addition, they lead and provide growth opportunities for the current Sales Team and Teaching staff. Reports to the General Manager. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This is a 30-40-hour/week position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend morning shift.     • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
    • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships
    • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and privatetraining
    • Self-motivated and takes initiative
    • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady (CRM) software system
    • Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Authorization to work in the United States
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • All day to day studio responsibility RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
      • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual'sgoals and needs
      • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
      • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
      • Present available services to current or prospective members
      • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
      • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and communityand hospital events) to promote the club
      • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
      • Process accurate credit card transactions
      • Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients
      • Attend and complete all relative training programs
      • Take pictures for social media platforms
      • Cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
