Company DescriptionA global Memory components leader, Kioxia designs and manufactures high-quality flash memory-based storage solutions, Solid State Drives (SSDs), Application Specific NAND components that make possible today's leading edge Smartphones, Tablets, Communications Equipment, Camera Solutions, Medical devices, Enterprise server, storage solutions and more.Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Sales and Account Development, the ideal candidate is responsible for the tactical, strategic sales and development approach to large Storage/Server Service providers and Data Center customers in in the U.S., focused in the South Central region. This position will coordinate all sales and technical account development activities, work closely with our business units, engineering and overseas sales/marketing teams to provide best in class customer support while also promoting leading edge products and driving sustainable growth for their respective customers and markets. This includes developing & working on sales/marketing programs, proactive account development, account planning, regular reporting, as well participation in sales meetings and trainings throughout the outlined geography. The successful candidate will develop and maintain expertise on products, solutions, programs and competitive local industry intelligence. The candidate will also engage in regular customer calls, provide advice on technical pre-sales questions and assist with presentations.Job Description:This position will manage pre and post sales activities, support engineering on design in activities, establish and nurture relationships, identify and report on market and customer trends.Develop and maintain strong relationships with large Storage/Server Service Providers, Financial Market Data Center customers.Facilitate Kioxia products business growth (i.e. SSD, Application Specific NAND ASN and complementary products) for sale to IT, CIO and Storage/Server Architects by understanding customers' strategy for development / design in and aligning with Kioxia growth strategies.Coordinate local account development as it translates to indirect and worldwide Kioxia sales teamsWork closely with Director of Sales, Business Units, local Technical Support and global Sales/Marketing team.Regular Travel (up to 40%) within the continental U.S. Rare overseas travel possible.QualificationsMinimum 6 to 10 years' experience in account sales, account penetration and account/sales management.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related degree or equivalent.Knowledge of semiconductor, HW systems integration, storage, servers, etc.Experience and understanding of NAND Memory & SSD's preferred.Responsible Self-Starter, strong communication, presentation, organizational and relationship skills.Experienced with, and working knowledge of, Storage/Server Service Providers and Data Center customers business.Additional InformationReq 2077; LI-CB1All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.PDN-96c3cb4f-02ad-49c7-b105-27627a0f5fc8
