The Opportunity Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for an Assistant Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to join our team at Austin Bergstrom Airport in Austin, Texas . In this role, you will partner with your leadership to effectively lead and oversee the multiple restaurant outlets. Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $38400 - $50800 / yearThe advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. • Coordinate and supervise activities of associates, supervisors, and volunteer group members.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews and hire based on the consistent message and goal of the team.
• Focus on training associates on company policies and procedures to ensure quality associate performance and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment.
• Verify sales reporting and cash handling and prepare various cost and operational reports as required.
• Work appropriately to keep all locations clean, neat, and organized at all times.
• Provide and administer an effective system for cash handling and maintenance of inventory levels. Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience.
  • Knowledge of general business accounting policy and procedures.
  • Strong commitment to both the client and guest experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Self-motivated creativity and innovative ideas to increase concession stand operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership and team building skills are essential.
