Anticipated Start Date: ASAPEmployment type: Full-timeLocation: Williamson County, TX (4 days/week in office in Georgetown, TX)Salary range: $5,000 per month Application deadline: Applications are accepted and considered on a rolling basis.Summary of Position:The Williamson County Democratic Party (WCDP), is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Executive Director to join our team. This is a full time, year-round position responsible for working with volunteers, donors, and candidates across the county. The Executive Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the WCDP office
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, solving problems in creative ways, and redirecting people to more useful work when they get sidetracked. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working with people who are frustrating, push back on their advice, and need lots of direction. Above all, the candidate should be a team player with an unwavering commitment to helping Democrats win in Wilco.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the party office, including:
  • Ensure consistent staffing of the front desk by volunteers
  • Serve as a point of contact for volunteers and other visitors
  • Identify and resolve issues related to office operations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Assist the chair with fundraising duties
  • In-person support for the party and chair at events
  • Develop and retain relationships with volunteers and precinct chairs
  • Maintain impeccable records of engagement with volunteers
    Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Google Suite tools
    • Must be located in Williamson County or willing to relocate to the area
    • Exceptionally well organized with strong time management skills.
    • Ability to hold oneself accountable with minimal management and deliver projects on strict deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds
    • Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
    • Must have access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation
    • Willingness to work during evenings and weekends as needed
