  • Discounts at Crescent managed properties across North America for you & your familyThe Director of Front Office will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk team to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.What will you be doing?
    • Assist the Director of Rooms with interviewing, hiring, and training Front Office staff according to Brand and Hotel standards for a luxury setting.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, resolve issues, communicate openly, and recommend discipline or termination when necessary.
    • Respond to guest requests, needs, and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Develop and implement company programs, supervise daily Front Desk operations to ensure SOPs and LSOPs are followed, maximize revenue, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
    • Understand GSS and MVR scores and their impact on hotel success.
    • Supervise Guest Service Agents, Bell Staff, and Transportation Services.
    • Remain calm during emergencies or busy periods, serve as a role model, resolve customer issues through thorough research and effective solutions, and make informed decisions, including revenue allowances when appropriate.
    • Adhere to attendance policies and be available for scheduled shifts.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.What is required?
      • Knowledge of LightSpeed, MGS Marsha (Preferred)
      • At least 2+ years of experience in a rooms division leadership role
      • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
