Job Description:
We are looking for LVNs to join our Float Pool.Ability to travel
to Taylor, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Cedar ParkOur Float Pool
group provides support to our nursing teams in our medical centers.
Our Float Pool LVNs play a vital role in the care of our patients
by providing additional nursing coverage in our ED, Med/Surg,
Critical Care and ICU departments. - Ideal Float Pool Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) candidates will have ED, Med/Surg, Critical
Care and/or ICU experience, be comfortable completing tasks for
RNs, be team-oriented, have a strong degree of empathy and
compassion. Opportunities to cross-train across specialties are
also available. -

Judgment: Using clinical reasoning, conducts accurate focused
assessments according to practice standards and LVN Scope of
Practice. Reports data to assist RN in developing plan of care and
formulation of goals/outcomes for the patient and family
