Opportunity to work remotely, in part, based on virtual panel of
patients that you develop We offer a comprehensive compensation
package that includes competitive salaries and a generous benefits

which increases in increments with tenure. We also provide 3 days
of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday

licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional
organization, once an established provider with LSCC. Opportunity
to teach mental health interns and/or medical students and become
an appointed faculty member at Texas A&M School of Medicine.
Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and
state Loan Repayment Programs for Mental Health Professionals. Who
you are: You are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed
Professional Counselor or Psychologist that is passionate about
working with the underserved population and those who may be
experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a
practice where you get to decide the best therapeutic modalities
for your patient and work with them on achieving their therapeutic
goals in an outpatient setting. You are comfortable providing
individual therapy both in person and virtually, but can also
provide family, group, and couple's therapy, if you choose. Ideal
Candidate: Mission focused and passionate about improving access to
quality mental healthcare. Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced
clinical setting. Possesses cultural humility and values diversity,
equity, and inclusion. Comfortable working independently in a group
setting while also seeking support and consultation from
colleagues. Possesses extensive knowledge of DSM-5-TR and utilizes
initial interview and screenings to provide diagnoses and care
planning. Collaborates with patients, and effectively communicates
clinical impressions, while assessing strengths, barriers, and
psychosocial needs. Ability to interact and collaborate with
community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service
providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient
needs a higher level of care. Possesses computer/technology skills
to efficiently document using an electronic health record and
conduct tele-medicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with
