We provide an emotionally intelligent work environment and strive to maintain a positive work/life balance.Provide your best care with more bridges and less barriers.Role Responsibilities:Surgical and anesthesia technicians perform a variety of animal-health duties and ensure quality pet and client care. They should be proficient in duties including but not limited to: pet parent communication, anesthesia, patient monitoring, venipuncture, patient recovery, and medical math. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of anesthetics, surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging, laboratory techniques, and general patient care. They should be able to remain calm during stressful situations.Our Ideal Candidate:Has knowledge of basic veterinary practicesAble to appropriately handle animalsAble to assist in veterinary medical proceduresRecent experience in a veterinary practiceWilling to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Job Requirements:At least 3 years recent experience in veterinary practiceAbility to perform routine veterinary medical proceduresPatient care experience requiredExcellent interpersonal communications skillsHigh school diploma or GEDVeterinary Technician license is preferredYoull Grow With UsHere, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
