      - Night Shift - 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 LVN, 2 PCT (when all beds filled)
      - Patient Ratios - 1:4 or 1:5
      - Type of equipment - med surg level
      - EMR - medi tec
      - Permanent Positions on Unit Available? (Y/N) - y
      - Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Med Surg level care, Chemotherapy, Hospice care
