Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Primary Care team at Seton Medical Center Williamson. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to these interventions.
• Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pediatric primary care setting, preferably in a clinic or outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology.
    • Certification in a specialty area, such as pediatrics or primary care.
