Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic team at Seton Medical Center Williamson. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated patient care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
