Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Med SurgBaylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Med Surg team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health needs and develop effective care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safetyRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
