Job Title: Registered Nurse RN CVICUBaylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit CVICU team in Round Rock, Texas.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in our 26-bed mixed acuity unit with 6 dedicated CVICU beds. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of ICU experience, preferably in CVICU, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to CVICU patients and ICU patients on the unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfactionRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum one year of ICU experience, preferably in CVICU
