Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical
Lead to join our faith-based healthcare organization. At Ascension,

compassionate, personalized care. As an RN Clinical Lead, you will
play a crucial role in upholding our mission by overseeing nursing
activities, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading
improvements in patient care processes within our dynamic
healthcare settings. Provide leadership and direction to nursing
staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. Implement and
evaluate nursing interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication among healthcare team members to
ensure continuity and coordination of care. Monitor patient care
processes and outcomes, and implement quality improvement
initiatives. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to
optimize resources and staff capabilities. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and adherence to ethical practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline operations
and enhance service delivery. Lead efforts in patient advocacy and
maintain a compassionate environment for both patients and staff.
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical care
and safety standards Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking
Experience with healthcare software and Electronic Health Records
(EHRs) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Certified Nurse Leader (CNL) or similar leadership
certification is advantageous
