healthcare network, you will play a vital role in continuing our
mission of transforming healthcare. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation
systems. Instruct and educate patients and families. Perform
various patient tests and administer medications within the scope
of practice of the registered nurse. Promote patients' independence
by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and
families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care
skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and
evaluate team goals for each patient. Proficiency in handling
complex patient situations with a focus on labor and delivery.
Strong foundation in stress management, leadership, and critical
thinking. Advanced skills in electronic medical record (EMR)
systems and clinical software. Ability to provide empathetic,
effective communication and foster therapeutic relationships.
Capability in emergency response and patient monitoring. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certification desirable. NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) certification typically expected.
