Provide clinical and administrative leadership in the ICU department. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure quality patient care and effective work processes. Supervise a team of nurses and support staff, managing scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and share vital information. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to evidence-based practices. Participate in the budgeting and clinical resource management. Lead efforts in patient safety and satisfaction initiatives. Stay updated with advancements in ICU care and integrate new knowledge into department practices. Expert knowledge of ICU nursing practices and protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred.
