In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide critical support, immediate care, and acute treatments to patients in emergency medical situations. Assess, triage, and treat patients in a busy emergency department setting. Monitor patient vitals and conditions, and provide appropriate clinical interventions. Document all patient interactions and treatments according to compliance and safety guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and preventive health measures. Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of the latest in emergency medical care. Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure environment. Excellent decision-making and triaging capabilities. Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations compassionately. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
