Job Description:

Telemetry Observation Registered Nurse to join our team. In this
role, you will specialize in monitoring the vital signs of patients
with critical conditions, using advanced telemetry equipment to
observe and report changes in patient status. Our commitment to

patient-focused environment. Monitor and assess patients’ cardiac
and other vital signs using telemetry equipment. Respond to
abnormalities and escalate care needs promptly. Educate patients
and families on telemetry procedures and health management.
Document patient observations and interventions in electronic
health records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
facilitate comprehensive patient care. Proficiency in using
telemetry equipment. Strong analytical and critical thinking
skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certification.
