Job Description:

Telemetry Observation Registered Nurse and be part of a team

patients' vital signs, detect changes in symptoms, and provide
detailed and accurate documentation. Operate telemetry equipment to
read critical cardiac and other vital information and respond to
findings with appropriate intervention. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to a diverse population of patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate
personalized patient care plans. Educate patients and families on
health conditions and discharge plans. Maintain a compassionate
approach to all patient interactions, aligning with Ascension’s
faith-based mission. Advanced knowledge of telemetry and other
essential patient-monitoring technologies. Strong analytical skills
to interpret complex medical data. Effective communication skills
for explaining medical terms and conditions to patients and
families. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary
health team. Capacity to handle stress and make critical decisions
in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) -
American Heart Association or equivalent. Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
