Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Medical Lab Scientist
to support our client's medical facility in Round Rock, TX 78665.
This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of a
contract-to-hire opportunity and it's a great way to start working
with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Medical Lab
Scientist Location: Round Rock, TX 78665 Duration: 3 Months Pay
range: $32per hour - $36per hour Schedule: Fri- Mon 12 Pm- 10:30 Pm
(4x10hrs) Key Responsibilities: To verify specimen acceptability
for testing according to established criteria. To perform routine
and complex laboratory tests following Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs). To operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory
instruments to ensure proper functionality. To make technical
decisions regarding testing and resolve problems effectively. To
prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents and quality control
materials. To accurately report test results in a timely manner to
support quality patient care. You will have to document and perform
preventive maintenance and quality control procedures. To maintain
adequate inventory of bench supplies and replenish as needed. To
assist with specimen processing when required. To perform routine
and complex tests across assigned disciplines (e.g., chemistry,
hematology, urinalysis, immunoassay, microbiology, transfusion
services). Certifications: ASCP AMT BLS Education: Bachelor's
Degree Experience 2 Years of Experience as a Medical
Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist. Pride Global offers eligible
