Description Overview: CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC), the
employed medical group of CHRISTUS Health, is seeking a General
Cardiologist to join its expanding team in San Antonio. Cardiology
with CHRISTUS at Westover Hills hospital is the only comprehensive
cardiology group serving the rapidly growing Westover Hills
area-one of the fastest-developing regions in the city. CHRISTUS
Santa Rosa - Westover Hills is undergoing a $300M expansion,
positioning it as a premier destination for advanced cardiac care.
Position Highlights: General cardiology in both inpatient and
outpatient settings Based at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa - Westover Hills
Monday-Friday schedule (half-day Fridays for admin) Supported by 2
NPs and 1 PA (expanding to 5 APPs); APPs assist with rounding
Strong referral base from daily NP consults and hospital volume
Services include echo, nuclear, ABI (in development), and 3 Cath
labs Qualifications: Board certified/eligible in Cardiovascular
Disease Open to current fellows Texas license or eligibility
Echo/nuclear certification preferred Benefits: Competitive salary
