Job Description:
Touchstone Communities is seeking compassionate and dedicated
Certified Nurse Aides to join our team in providing exceptional
care to our senior residents across Texas. This role is pivotal in
implementing personalized care plans and ensuring a supportive,
homely environment for our residents. As a Certified Nurse Aide,
you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to
deliver high-quality care and services in alignment with our
commitment to excellence in long-term care and senior living.
Provide daily living assistance to our residents, including
bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene essentials.
Monitor and record the residents' condition, including vital signs
and medication intake, ensuring timely communication to healthcare
staff. Assist in mobility, transfers, and transportation of
residents within the facility. Support the implementation of care
plans designed by the healthcare team, focusing on enhancing the
quality of life for each resident. Maintain a clean and safe
environment for residents, adhering strictly to infection control
protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional
development sessions to ensure best practices in caregiving. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed
instructions and maintain accurate records Empathy and patience
with elder care Physical stamina to handle integral duties and work
in shifts 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
required. Valid CPR certification.
