Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/01/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel BACKFILL – Travel RN – Emergency Department (ED) Location: Georgetown, TX Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Type: Travel Contract Unit Details - Department: Emergency Department - Number of Beds: 23 - Patient Ratios: 4:1 - Staffing (Nights): - 1 Charge Nurse (CNC) - 5 RNs - 1 Paramedic - 1 PCT (Staffing adjusts based on patient volume) - EMR: Meditech - Equipment: Welch Allyn, GE Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population - Perform rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of emergency patients - Assist with and perform ED procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation - Collaborate closely with providers, CNCs, and interdisciplinary team members - Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital and HCA policies Required Qualifications - Active RN license - Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience - Certifications Required: - BLS - ALS - TNCC - ENPC or PALS - Ability to work nights and 4 weekend shifts per schedule Schedule & Call - Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Call: None required Compensation - Gross Pay: $1,804/week - Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week - W2 Rate: $15.50/hour Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Referral Bonus Programs About Binding Minds Binding Minds: Healthcare Staffing firm where your talent is valued, and your career has a true partner.
