RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Austin,

Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry
settings. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status
regularly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Participate in continuous professional development and
training opportunities. Achieve individual performance targets and
contribute to team goals. Collaborate with healthcare team to
develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and
families on health management and recovery processes. Utilize
evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Engage in performance measurement and quality improvement
initiatives. Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare
environments effectively. Foster a positive and supportive

Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in Texas with a minimum
of 2 years experience. Proven ability in medical-surgical and
telemetry patient care. Strong communication skills for patient and
family education. Commitment to continuous professional development
and training. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual
performance targets. Experience with electronic health records and
documentation standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a
healthcare team. Willingness to adapt to changing healthcare
environments and patient needs. Strong organizational skills to
manage multiple patient care tasks. Experience in quality
