$120,000 - $145,000 Relocation Assistance Schedule: Full-time •

permanent Surgical Services Manager RN to join their leadership

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Surgical Services
Manager RN to oversee and lead the surgical services department. In
this role, you will ensure efficient and high-quality care
delivery, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of
collaboration and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily
operations of the surgical services department, ensuring the
delivery of safe and effective care. Develop and implement
policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Manage
staffing, scheduling, and resources to optimize department
performance. Ensure compliance with hospital policies,
accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
Support, mentor, and develop staff to promote professional growth
and teamwork. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the
achievement of departmental goals. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac
Life Support certification REQUIRED Minimum 1-2 years of leadership
experience in surgical services within an acute care setting
