Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in Texas, providing tailored health care services to elders within our senior living and long-term care facilities. As a CNA at Touchstone Communities, you will play a critical role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, working closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support in a respectful and empathetic manner. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. Active participation in all safety protocols and directives. Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff. Communicate effectively with patients, family, and the healthcare team. Prepare and serve meals to patients; help them eat if necessary. Maintain a clean and healthy environment to ensure patient safety. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical stamina to handle the demands of direct patient care. Basic understanding of patient care and hygiene standards. 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas. CPR certification preferred.
