Assess patients' skills and needs and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions. Implement personalized care plans to facilitate patients' activities of daily living and ensure developmental progress. Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Advocate for the patient and family’s needs and provide guidance on additional resources. Strong understanding of pediatric developmental health issues Ability to create and follow through with individualized care plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen observational skills and ability to make decisions based on clinical judgments Patient and empathetic professional demeanor Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapy license NBCOT certification Current CPR certification
