Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a premier provider of patient-centered medical
services, seeks an experienced Dialysis Clinical Nurse Coordinator
to join our dedicated team. This role involves overseeing the daily
operations and clinical standards in our dialysis unit, ensuring
the delivery of exceptional care to patients with kidney disorders.
As a coordinator, you will work closely with a team of healthcare
professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
policies and procedures that comply with the highest standards of
safety and efficacy. Manage the nursing staff and coordinate shifts
to ensure adequate coverage and care levels at all times. Monitor
patient care for adherence to established standards and protocols.
Adjust treatment plans to meet the specific needs of patients, as
required. Orient and mentor new staff, providing training and
development support. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and participate in audits and inspections. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and patient
outcomes. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using
healthcare software and dialysis machines Ability to work
effectively under pressure and make informed decisions In-depth
knowledge of dialysis treatment and patient care management Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Nephrology
Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred
