Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and swiftly recognize and address complications related to neurological conditions. Educate patients and their families on management of their condition and preventive measures. Maintain up-to-date records of patients' condition and treatment plans. Participate in professional development and research activities to stay current with advances in neurological medical care. In-depth knowledge of neurological disorders and care Strong observational and communicative skills Ability to handle emotionally charged situations Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
