Job Description:

In this position, you will both lead nursing staff and directly
care for patients in our specialized cardiac unit. You will
intimately collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
ensure the implementation of clinical objectives and standards.
This role demands a profound commitment to enhancing patient
outcomes through innovative cardiac care combined with passionate
team leadership. Supervise and organize the nursing staff in the
cardiac intermediate unit. Ensure adherence to all hospital and
departmental policies and procedures. Monitor patient care for
quality. Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize
patient treatment plans. Facilitate training and professional
development opportunities for staff members. Manage patient data
and confidentiality. Expertise in cardiac care nursing Strong
leadership and organizational skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
