Director of Operations you’ll contribute to our success in the
following ways: - Serves as mentor to all operational team members,
training and ensuring readiness for independent roles before being
released from orientation. - Provides ongoing support to office
teams. - Supports clinical operations always ensuring survey
readiness - Assists with CHAPS/Quality Improvement, including
education, training, and assistance with development of process
improvements to improve quality metrics. - Drives and supports
education related to documentation trends identified within
PIP/TPE/ADR/Internal Reviews and ensures implementation and
execution of actions plans for correction of issues identified
through internal or regulatory review. - Drives operational
outcomes through management of key process, such as Bill Holds,
Unverified Visits, - Demonstrates ability to manage P&L and
achieve organizational metrics. - Supports effective and
collaborative IDG’s, ensuring all disciplines are represented for
the delivery of care. - Promotes a safe environment for employees
and patients as well as personal safety by recognizing and
responding appropriately to potentially unsafe situations. -
Performs other duties/projects as assigned. What is Required? -
College graduate with 2 or preferably 4-year degree in business,
health administration or nursing - Minimum three (3) years of
hospice experience is preferred - Currently licensed as a
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. - Ability to quickly
become proficient in enterprise applications (e.g., Homecare
Homebase, Workday) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
