Provide direct nursing care in a diverse, high-acuity pediatric ICU setting. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor and ensure the quality of health services to pediatric patients. Educate patients and families on health preservation and disease prevention. Maintain patient medical records and prepare reports on patient status. Administer medication and treatments accurately as prescribed. Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
