As a Radiology Tech at HCA Healthcare, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations on patients using radiologic technologies, contributing to diagnosis and treatment in a high-quality medical care environment. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment in facilities that prioritize patient care and employee development. Prepare and safely position patients for radiologic imaging. Operate and adjust radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders. Monitor patients during procedures and report any abnormalities or changes in condition. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality guidelines. Implement radiation protection and safety standards to minimize exposure to patients and staff. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to evaluate image quality and ensure proper diagnosis. Keep abreast of advancements in the field of radiologic technology and healthcare best practices. Proficiency with diagnostic imaging equipment. Ability to work effectively as a team member within a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent patient care and communication skills.
