experience. Position Summary We are seeking a Board Certified/Board
Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative
outpatient care team in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position
offers a supportive clinical setting with a balanced workload, no
hospital rounding, and a strong emphasis on continuity of care. The
physician will provide comprehensive adult and/or family medicine
services, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease
management, and patient education. Newly trained physicians and

843-984-0745 . Essential Position Responsibilities - Provide
comprehensive primary care to patients, including preventive,
acute, and chronic care management. - Conduct routine physicals,
wellness visits, and health screenings. - Diagnose and manage a
broad range of medical conditions. - Order and interpret diagnostic
tests, lab results, and imaging as appropriate. - Develop
individualized treatment and follow-up care plans. - Collaborate
with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and
effective care delivery. - Maintain accurate documentation within
the electronic medical record (EMR). - Promote patient education
and healthy lifestyle choices. Qualifications - Education: MD or DO
degree from an accredited institution. - Training: Completion of a
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program. - Licensure
& Certification: Active or eligible Texas medical license; Board
Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine. -
Experience: Outpatient primary care experience preferred; new
graduates welcome. - Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
