If you want to grow, learn and deliver Altitude experiences - apply now! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with the park's philosophy. * Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner. * Ensure the accurate and complete registration/waivers. If uncertain consult with management prior to admitting anyone into the park. * Attend scheduled staff meetings. * Properly open and close the front desk each day according to Standard Operating Procedures. * Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the facility. * Answer phone promptly and use the guest's name during phone conversation. * Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available. * Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously. * Maintain a safe and secure facility for all park guests. * Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management. **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS** * High School diploma or equivalent * Ability to communicate effectively * Professional, "Altitude" attitude, and work ethic. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Computer skills required **Altitude Trampoline Park is the world's premier trampoline park that offers fun and exercise for jumpers of all ages.
