The Public Areas Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the housekeeping department and public areas of the hotel. This includes inspecting guest rooms Lobby areas, meeting rooms and bathrooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving g uest complaints, general office duties, etc.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1-year hotel experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line, multitasking skills
  • This is a PM position, candidates must be willing to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends and evenings.
  • Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skill
