Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated Workforce/Staffing Manager with a primary focus on Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Human Resources and Talent Management team. The role is pivotal in ensuring our healthcare facilities are staffed with qualified, reliable, and compassionate CNAs who are essential to our senior living and long-term care services across Texas. The ideal candidate will develop staffing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and uphold our values by providing our residents with a supportive and tailored care environment. Develop and implement staffing strategies specific for CNAs to meet the needs of each facility. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training processes for CNAs. Monitor staff levels and turnover rates, and implement retention strategies. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with facility managers to ensure staffing aligns with patient needs. Manage scheduling and resolve staffing conflicts as they arise. Strong leadership and people management skills Proficient in workforce management software and HR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze and improve staffing processes Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards 401k Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred. Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance preferred.
